Established in 2006, Mahraj Building Maintenance LLC serves commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE. Mahraj Demolition brings together our demolition and strip-out services for offices, retail units, restaurants and other commercial spaces, preparing premises for refurbishment, a new fit-out or a change of use.
Our scope includes interior and partial structural demolition, along with the removal of agreed partitions, ceilings, flooring and existing fittings. We review each site to establish what needs to be removed and what must remain. Based in Business Bay, Dubai, we serve all seven emirates with a clearly defined scope and practical communication from enquiry through execution.
